Booking is simple! Browse our properties, select your dates and number of guests, and click "Book Now". You'll be taken to our secure checkout powered by Stripe to complete your reservation.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets through our secure Stripe payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Each property has its own cancellation policy: Flexible, Moderate, or Strict. You can find the specific policy for a property on its details page before booking. For a detailed breakdown of what each policy entails, please visit our Cancellation Policy page.
Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Check-in instructions vary by property. Most of our homes feature self-check-in via smart locks or lockboxes. You'll receive detailed instructions via email 48 hours before your arrival.
Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a small fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you'd like to request a late check-out, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
